Microsoft provides a spatial sound Unity plug-in as part of the Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK), called MS HRTF Spatializer, and it is freely available as a Unity plug-in, from source on Github. Their documentation contains a step-by-step installation guide and several project samples.
