double falloff[3] Tolerance falloffs for HSV components (range 0.0 .. 1.0).
double targetColor[3] Target color in HSV colorspace (range 0.0 .. 1.0).
double tolerance[3] Tolerances for HSV components (range 0.0 .. 1.0).
